CoJACK is proudly owned and operated by a fifth-generation farming family committed to cultivating, processing, and delivering top-quality dry beans, pulses, and snack foods.

In 2020, Brian and Kim Engstrom took the initiative to establish CoJACK Snack & Pack. The family began by packaging dry edible beans from their farm and creating their own snack food brand, Colorado Jack Popcorn. As we developed our brand, we also aimed to support other snack food brands in their growth, understanding the critical importance of quality in snack food manufacturing.

CoJACK offers a range of packaging sizes for our pre-washed and triple-cleaned dry bean and pulse products, along with various snack food options. Our facility is BRC audited, Kosher Certified, Gluten Free Certified, and we proudly provide customers with traceability from farm to shelf.
